The following lots are part of a property which we began to sell in our last auction. Buyers should take care to note that the lots were removed from very damp storage which maintained ideal temperature, but extraordinarily high humidity. The humidity caused a good deal of staining, stress and loss to labels. (As a departure from our regular cataloguing, the buyer cannot assume the labels are in good condition if no special mention is made.) The fills of the property overall are excellent, commensurate to age and interpretation as outlined in our Level/Ullage chart on page ___. The lots are offered without reserve and sold subject to no return.
