.Levels: bottom neck or better. Lot AAA two labels with slight yellowing; one capsule with small tears, otherwise very good appearance. Lot BBB two torn labels, otherwise excellent appearance. "Overall, Lafite '59 has a deep, lively appearance, ruby centre grading off to a fine mature rim; marvellously fragrant bouquet, touch of vanilla, cedar, citrus fruit, spice - it keeps evolving in the glass. Distinctly on the sweet side - ripe grapes, alcohol, extract, all the appropriate component parts. Fairly full-bodied, crisp, firm, yet fleshy, lovely flavour and great length." GVWB
