Ten minutes later, lovely fruit, pineapple; after 35 minutes, sweet, ambrosial Turkish delight; 70 minutes later glorious; after 90 minutes perfection; after four hours starting to turn into a tea-like decline. On the palate, assertive yet beguiling, with zestful acidity. In weight more like '53 than '59." GVWB
