A Chinese turquoise ground squat baluster jar
with moulded Buddhistic lion head handles, moulded with roundels of confronting dragons chasing flaming pearls among cloud scrolls on a ground of scattered lotus sprays and precious objects reserved with a multitude of flowerheads, decorated in yellow, green and liver red enamels, the dragons and handles with extendable eyes and tongues -- 9½in. (24cms) high, 19th century, (some eyes chipped off).
