The upper part with a moulded undulating cornice with a scroll carved frieze, fitted with adjustable shelves and enclosed by a pair of cartouche-shaped panel doors, the sloping fall enclosing a tooled leather-lined writing surface and graduated undulating interior with drawers, pigeon-holes and well with slide, containing two short and two long drawers below between projecting rounded angles, on hoof feet
