Felix Elie Regamey b. Paris 1844 - d. Juan Les Pins 1907, was the son and pupil of L.P.G. Regamey (1814-78). Felix Regamey was a portraitist, caricaturist, engraver and draughtsman. He painted portraits of Victor Hugo, Sully Prudhomme, Longfellow and Pasteur. He contributed to Journal Amusant; La Vie Parisienne, La Lune, etc... After 1873 he lived in England, America and Japan where he travelled with Emile Guimet and illustrated his works. The signatures may have been lithographed by Regamey.
