She also wears it when she takes Bond to meet Henderson and later on when she leads him to Tiger Tanaka, head of the Japanese Secret Service.

The vendor purchased these cufflinks at the end of the production from Eileen Sullivan, wardrobe mistress on You Only Live Twice.
