Charter (in two parts) both refering to land at Whitby - one for a small piece of land to the nuns of Yeddingham Priory, the second to Hugh de Lyncoln and his heirs in return for an annual grant of 1000 herring; 1265 document in Latin on vellum granting land at Norton in Devon to Lord William de Ferrars, variously witnessed; 1312 grant for land in the East Riding of Yorkshire to John Hasthorp, written in Latin on vellum; 1533 will on parchment - the testator being Robert Rotynge of Lityll Chatre (Little Chart) in Kent. Mostly with transcriptions
