A PAIR OF MEISSEN TWIN-BRANCH CANDELABRA
blue crossed sword marks, incised 1153 and 1160
Each with leaf moulded nozzles and drip-pans, the stems moulded as tree trunks, on mound base,one modelled as a boy climbing in a tree taking eggs from a nest and handing them to a lady gathering them in her apron; the other with a man holding a nest, and a young girl gathering eggs in the folds of her skirt, (two nozzles with old repairs)
