A WILLIAM AND MARY WALNUT SIDE CHAIR
The rounded padded back and seat covered in deep-yellow velvet with brocade tasseles, on shaped faceted legs, with blocks joined by a moulded X-shaped stretcher, centred by a finial, on scroll feet, the underside with plastic label inscribed 'OM3906' and a piece of cotton sewn onto the webbing inscribed '3906', previously but not originally with castors, restorations and replacements, the back altered, probably originally rectangular, the feet tipped, the stretcher replaced
