The shaped moulded ladder back and padded and embroidered scrolling arms above a rush seat, on square channelled and cabriole legs joined by a shaped apron and centered by a floral posie, one stretcher inscribed in white paint '181/6215', later stretchers, the legs tipped, previously painted, the back previously upholstered

The shaped ladder-back and arms with turned baluster supports, above a coloured rush seat, on turned legs joined by stretchers and on toupie feet, inscribed in white paint '290/6213', restorations and replacements, the top of one arm and two stretchers replaced

The shaped ladder-back and arms with baluster supports above an un-upholstered seat and foliate-carved apron, on block and turned baluster legs joined by H-shaped stretchers (3)

The Parker Knoll records state that the first two chairs were recorded as being in stock in 1929.
