The top section incorporating a late 17th Century cabinet
The moulded rectangular top above a two-drawer cushion frieze, above a pair of doors with geometrical feather-banding to the front and the reverse enclosing ten short drawers surrounding a door enclosing an ivory, ebony and parquetry mirrored interior with three removable panels simulating an arched doorway and each enclosing three small drawers and above a stepped drawer-front, above two short drawers each concealing a secret drawer, the lower section with four graduated long drawers, on bracket feet, minor restorations to the veneer, the feet possibly replaced, the drawer arrangement of the frieze possibly altered in the 18th Century
