A large Goldscheider terracotta vase
of baluster form, modelled in relief with a partially naked youth and female companion, drinking from a bowl at the foot of a waterfall in the form of an an Art Nouveau mask with large feathered wings, under mottled brown and gilt glaze, indistinct incised signature, stamped numerals 01176 15 35, stamped factory marks (damage to foot and chip to front rim) -- 70cm. high
