The loop-in-loop gold wire chain with a hook and eye clasp terminating in an openwork disc decorated with a central granule surrounded by heart and 'S'-shaped motifs in two friezes, with twisted wire edge, the chain hung with a cylindrical amulet case with capped ends, the main body with four lines of Greek inscription in punched dots reading "Good cheer to Myron, the son of Demosthenes", surmounted by a ribbed suspension loop
Necklace 14½ in. (36.8 cm.) long; pendant .11/16 in. (1.8 cm.) long
