Cf. W. M. F. Petrie, Shabtis, London, 1935, pl. XXX, p. 105 for similar. The above shabti title has been read as meaning "unguents" (kmiw); it has also been suggested that it means "daily fare" (miw). The yoke and rope on the back of the shabti is a rare depiction and it has been suggested that they were used for pulling carts.
