of fluted cylindrical form, with three faceted neck rings above broad shoulder, the body with frosted clear-shield-shaped panels within pale blue line and ochre and gilt scroll borders, the mushroom stopper cut with radiating flutes and painted red, late 19th century (chips, rim reduced) -- 27cm. high
