A KAKIEMON-STYLE ARITA DISH, EDO PERIOD (18TH CENTURY), the shallow, circular dish decorated in enamels of green, yellow, copper red and black and in underglaze blue with large chrysanthemum blossoms and grape vines and rocks, the underside painted in underglaze blue with continuous foliate scroll above three parallel lines, another line within the circular base centered by a fuku square cartouche, four spur marks--8 3/4 in. diam.
