A KAKIEMON-STYLE DISH
edo period (18th century)
Decorated in enamels of blue, yellow, green and red with three clusters of pomegranates within a border of iron-red and green enamel of circles and parallel lines arranged in triangular reserves which is enclosed by single and double-line bands, the underside undecorated, three spur marks in the shallow, recessed base, rim chocolate
