The sides and the top inlaid with geometric banding and to the angles with pierced mounts depicting dogs chasing deer, above the front with two double rows of five drawers each inlaid with a central medallion of a Roman emperor facing his spouse, the central row with conforming medallions and a drawer to the top above an architectural drawer and a door with a central oval medallion of Romulus and Remus flanked by two detatched Corinthian columns, enclosing a plain interior with simulated leather-lining and above a breakfront drawer, the sides with carrying handles and on lion feet, the later stand with banding on eight canted square tapering legs joined by waved X-shaped stretchers, eight handles lacking, four stones to the door lacking
