painted grey "stucco" with red 'tiled' roof, of three bays and two stories with bay windows, panelled front and back doors and back landing windows, opening at both back and front to reveal four rooms with hall, staircase, landing, interior doors and two fireplaces38in. (96cm.) wide, 30in. (76cm.) high and 21in. (53cm.) deep (some woodwork and windows missing of base crack in front)
