painted in underglaze blue and coloured enamels with goldfish amongst aquatic weeds, the underside with bats in flight holding swastikas attached to ribbons -- 6¼in. (15.9cm.) diam, underglaze blue four-character hall mark 'Hall of Personal Frugality', paper label Oriental Ceramics Society Exhibition 1968 to base; and a further dish, painted and gilt with numerous goldfish and carp amongst reeds and grasses -- 5½in. (14cm.) diam, iron-red four-character mark 'Hall for Cultivating Harmony, both 19th Century. (2)
