signed 'Ziegler' lower right--signed with initials 'E.P.Z.', inscribed with title, 'Dear Molly: Here is the old chief for you to keep. I hope that he can keep peace between us as I have had a guilty conscience for not sending up some pictures' and 'last chief living who signed Treaty of 1877 - Estab peace between Ind. and whites in N.W. Plains' lower center--signed 'E P Ziegler' and inscribed 'Weasel Calf' on the reverse
