One in rock-crystal with the facing head of Jupiter, plain gold mount with suspension ring, 19th Century, 4.2cm. high, an unusual example in amethystine quartz carved with the head of a bearded man in profile to the left, possibly a portrait of Verres, governor of Sicily (with old label on reverse identifying sitter as Luscius (sic) Verus A.D.A.R.), possibly 19th Century, 5cm. high; a sardonyx portrait of Jupiter facing front, a laurel wreath silhouetted around his head, circa 1800, 5cm. high, and a sardonyx profile of a bacchante facing right, a vine wreath in her hair, 19th Century, 4.6cm. high (4)
