The case with bud finial and bacchic mask mounts to the sides with entwined eagle-headed serpent handles, leafy swag mount draped around the dial, with fluted underside, on bow-fronted base inset with a marmo verde antico panel and on six gadrooned toupie feet, the white enamel Roman dial with Arabic five minutes, pierced gilt-metal hands, the twin barrel movement with strike on bell, stamped on the backplate for W. OPPENHEIM LONDRES & PARIS
