The arched case with brass loop handles to the sides above arched fish scale sound frets, on rectangular plinth with ripple moulded gallery and brass ball feet, the white painted dial (some chipping) with pierced and spade minute hand and replaced hour hand, the twin wire fusee movement with anchor escapement and strike on bell, with engraved border to the backplate signed Fr.s Sinderby Lewes, with pendulum holdfast (lacking securing screw)
