4° in 8's, title within woodcut border, with first and final blank (adhesive marks to inner margin of title, tear to I1 with loss of margin affecting shoulder note to recto, severe but clean tear across U6, a few leaves lightly waterstained, light marginal browning), contemporary limp vellum, manuscript title to spine (lacking ties, a few ink stains and hole to lower cover). Provenance: P. Holme, old ownership inscription to title and endpaper; Jo. Hartbyus, ownership inscription to first blank, dated 1659; Edwin F. Snow, bookplate.
