The front section, set with nine oval-cut sapphires weighing approximately 18.0 carats, each in a circular-cut and pear-shaped diamond cluster surround, with vari-cut diamond cluster spacers, to the backchain of similar design, mounted in 18K white gold, the diamonds weighing a total of approximately 23.0 carats, 41.5 cm.
