Of onion form on short trumpet foot with loop handle and straight spout terminating in dragon's head finial, the body engraved with a row of cartouches containing animals and paired birds, one with nasta'liq inscription divided by lozenge-shaped cartouches containing arabesques issuing further medallions containing animals, a band of engraved palmettes on the shoulder, handle with hinged opening for filling above, slightly rubbed, dark brown patina
