A SUITE OF THAI RUBY AND DIAMOND JEWELLERY
Comprising a necklace, the front set with seven graduated oval-cut rubies surrounded with a row of circular-cut diamonds, further enhanced by marquise-cut and pear-shaped diamond half-surround with vari-cut diamond spacers, to the circular-cut diamond three-row backchain, 40.5 cm.; and a pair of ear-pendants, each designed as an oval-cut ruby, circular and marquise-cut and pear-shaped diamond cluster suspended from a vari-cut diamond cluster top, mounted in platinum and 18K gold
With certificate 32459 dated 7/8/98 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating, on a random test of three rubies, that the rubies were found to be of Thai origin with indications of thermal enhancement and artificial glassy residues in fissures; one ruby with minor enhancement and the other two with moderate enhancement
Total weight of rubies 19.54 carats
Total weight of diamonds approximately 54.56 carats
