Circa 1754, incised to footrim
With curved spout, the loop handle with scroll thumbpiece, delicately painted in a famille verte palette with a bird perched on flowering plants and grasses, the reverse with a trailing flowering prunus branch, a scattered insect and a ladybird, a trailing flower to the spout, the shallow domed cover with three trailing flowers and a ladybird and with onion finial (slight stress crack round terminal of handle disguised on the exterior with two blue leaves)
