A Frankenthal blue-ground coffee-cup and trembleuse stand
Circa 1762-65, blue crowned CT monogram and various indistinct blue marks to both, incised triangle within circle to cup and 3 X to stand
Each side of the cup with Cupid, holding a flaming torch and with a bow and a quiver of arrows, within shaped cartouches edged with gilt cisel scrolling foliage and flowers, the ground with caillout gilding, with an entwined handle, the stand with a pierced trelliswork gallery and similarly decorated with musical trophies, gilt dentil rims (minute wear to gilt rims of stand)
