The spool-shaped base on eight pad feet, the tapering stem on four bracket supports, the lower part applied with ribs, the socket applied with foliage swags and scroll brackets, the detachable spirally fluted branches each terminating in a plain circular drip-pan, circular socket hung with drapery and a detachable plain circular nozzle, with similar central light and corded borders, marked on base, drip pans and nozzles, the base engraved 'OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT.
