The cup intricately carved on each side with a prominent Indian lotus sprig flanked by intertwined leafy vines, with a pair of climbing chilong handles in full relief, the base above the ring foot encircled by a foliated border; the gracefully foliated ovoid stand with flaring sides rising from a spreading foot below a triple petal border with ruyi pendants, the center of the well rising to a circular pedestal carved with a stylised shou character, the stone of even celadon tone with occasional striations
