Freely carved to the interior medallion with a duck swimming within a sea of breaking waves extending upward on to the six lobed sides of petal form, the reverse incised with a loose floral pattern, all covered in an attractive sea-green glaze pooling within the recesses of the carving (the foot ring polished)
