Oval, on oval pedestal base, the sides and partly domed cover with broad band of engraved and flat-chased mounted horseman and warriors and other figures on finely matted ground, the body with applied greek key and beaded rim, with two ram's masks issuing reeded and foliate loop handle, the cover two sides with oval cartouche, one engraved in script Farnam, all topped by helmet form finial on oval shield calyx, length over handles--16in. (42.6cm.), 78oz.
