Derives from the anonymous picture in the Musées royaux des Beaux-Arts, Brussels (see Catalogue Inventaire de la Peinture Ancienne, Brussels, 1984, pp.420-421, inv. no. 4669). A reduced copy of the picture is in the same museum (op. cit., p.422, inv. no. 6052).
