With gilt-finished jewelled lever movement, bi-metallic compensation balance, 18k gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Breguet numerals, blued steel hands, the circular case with wire lugs, monogrammed hinged back (no. 267691), together with an 18k gold Patek Philippe mesh bracelet with slide clasp, case, cuvette, dial and movement signed.
