The circular cushion-cut sapphire within a rose-cut diamond border, suspended from a rose-cut diamond bow and two entwined ribbons, on chain, apparently unmarked, in original velvet and silk-lined wooden case, the cover stamped in Russian 'Faberg St.Petersburg Moscow, London' with Imperial warrant
