On a spreading circular base with overlapping matted berried leaves rim, on four scroll and shell feet, the waisted pedestal supporting a platform cast to imitate soil and three fully-modelled standing military figures, the central standard reeded, terminating in everted acanthus supporting a detachable cut-glass bowl with scalloped rim, the base engraved on one side with a coat-of-arms below helm and crest and on the other side with inscription, marked on base and standard
