On a square stand with gadroon and shell band, the square frame with columnar supports headed by lion-masks with acanthus and shell at the corners and with four ring-form bottle holders, the cut-glass bottles with silver mounts with anthemion and acanthus, the central standard surmounted by a leaf-capped heart-shaped handle, marked under base, frame, handle and on neck mounts
