marked with the Cyrillic initials of Fedor Rckert, overstruck with Faberg mark with Imperial warrant, Moscow, 1908-1917
Compressed square, the sides with stylized birds and floral and foliate scrolls on blue and russet ground in shaped reserves, the lower border with geometric motifs on white ground, the borders with stylized columns and flowerheads and foliate sprays on pale blue ground, the top similarly decorated with cornerpieces of flowerheads on dark blue ground, the plain mounted cork stopper with hinged geometric openwork finial, the circular bulbous detachable cover with a flowerhead surrounded by geometric motifs on pale blue ground with similar border, fully marked
