Tapering square, the sides with floral sprays on blue ground with palm-leaf borders with foliate and bud sprays on stippled gilt ground, the corners of palm sprays and lower border of flowerheads, the hinged cover with central rosette with blue and white pellet surround, with foliate sprays on gilt ground emanating from palm-leaf cornerpieces, marked on flange of cover and under base
