probably Russian, circa 1890
Circular, the centre with an octofoil of foliate sprays on green and pale blue grounds with white pellet borders encircled by geometric motifs, the slightly raised rim with shaped reserves of flowerhead and foliate scrolls on pale and dark blue ground with floral and foliate scrolls on stippled gilt ground at intervals with blue pellet borders, apparently unmarked
