marked with the Cyrillic initials of Fedor Rckert and marked Faberg with the Imperial warrant, Moscow, 1908-1917
Of traditional form, the oval body with stylized varicolor flowerheads on cream, blue and green ground with gilt ropework borders, beneath stylized flowerheads on triangular blue ground with foliate motifs on dark green ground at intervals, the rim with bead and pellet decoration on shaded pink gound with twisted ropework edging, with raised foliate prow, the slightly raised handle with similar designs and ropework edging, marked under base
