marked with the Cyrillic initials of Fedor Rckert, Moscow, 1908-1917
Tapering cylindrical, on circular raised foot with bands of green enamel and blue pellets, the stem with stylized varicolor floral design on blue ground, with blue lozenge collar, the body with a band of green pellets beneath blue onion dome design at the lower border with foliage and varicolored stylized blossoms on white ground above, the flared rims with filigree tracery on dark green ground, marked in field and under base
