cover SINCHANG: 1899 (16 Mar.) native envelope to Wuchow bearing, on reverse, C.I.P. 2c. tied by Canton Dollar chop (a second strike on face) a very fine strike of double-circle "IMPERIAL POST OFFICE" and a good strike of Wuchow Imperial Post Office oval dater.
