This model was produced in 1992 to honour the company's founder, Georges Piaget, in a limited edition of 200 examples in yellow gold, 150 in white gold, 100 in platinum and 50 in pink gold.
It is described and illustrated in Montres et Merveilles de Piaget by F. Cologni, G. Negretti, F. Nencini, pages 246 and 248/249.
