27-70 Q, with skeletonised nickel-finished lever movement, 24 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, the silvered matt dial with applied baton numerals, two windows indicating day and month, three subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds combined with 24 hour display, 30 minutes register combined with leap year indicator, phases of the moon combined with date, the circular case with stepped bezel and lugs, glazed snap on back (No. 2824151 Ref. 3971), two round chronograph buttons in the band, together with an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, case, dial and movement signed
