R 27 Q, with skeletonised nickel-finished lever movement, 39 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, 22K gold rotor, repeating on two hammers, the silvered matt dial with applied baton numerals, gold dauphine hands, three subsidiary dials indicating day combined with 24 hour display, month combined with leap year indicator, phases of the moon combined with date, the circular case with stepped bezel and lugs, glazed snap on back (No. 2865065 Ref. 3974), repeating slide in the band, together with an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, 18K gold and wood setting pin, additional 18K gold snap on back, original fitted wooden presentation box and outer packaging, case, dial and movement signed
