In the Louis XV style, loosely based on a design by Meissonnier, urn-shaped, on shaped circular base with ovolo border, the lower part of the body chased with two panels of Neptune, the upper part with bacchanalian scene, the handles formed as bifurcated mermaids holding sea-snakes, with reed-and-tie rim, marked on base
